Mike Freimuller

Founder, Owner and Member of IPS Contracting Services LLC
As the Founder of IPS Contracting Service, Mike brings nearly 30 years of scaffolding and MR&O experience to the company.  He has held positions from scaffold builder to designer, crew manager to sales, Vice President to Founder.  His extensive experience in the industry allows him to continually expand his field of vision and to grasp opportunities when they present themselves.

Mike is an OSHA certified instructor through courses at Purdue University, the United States Department of Labor and the New Jersey Department of Labor.

Wendy Freimuller

Owner and Member of IPS Scaffolding Services LLC.  Working beside her husband, Wendy Freimuller has grown up in the scaffolding industry.  As the 100% member of IPS Scaffolding and Shoring, the business has established itself as a Woman-Owned Business (WOB).  Wendy manages the day-to-day financial responsibilities of the scaffold division.

Frank LaMartina

President, IPS Contracting Services
Serving as the President of IPS Contracting Services since 2001, Frank’s responsibilities have grown to meet the challenges that have been placed before the company.  His hands-on management style keeps him involved in nearly every aspect of the company’s growth.  Frank has held positions from sales to Safety Director in his past endeavors.  Frank has been a significant contributor to the growth of the company during his tenure and is tirelessly seeking new markets for the company’s products and services.

Frank is an OSHA certified scaffold design Safety Instructor.  

Bill Haney

Director of Sales and Marketing

Bringing extensive sales and marketing experience from a diverse background, Bill has been chartered to develop the various market sectors for both Maintenance Repair and Operations (MR&O) and Scaffolding.  Bill has held positions in technical companies throughout most of his career and his past positions include Director of Business Development, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, National Sales Manager and Manager of International Sales.

Bob Robinson
Project Superintendent

With broad experience in general contracting, construction and project management, Bob has added a strong field experience dimension to IPS.  Bob is responsible for running all of the jobs out of the Northeast Operations Center.
